About Teresa
Background
Teresa is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, with a minor in psychology, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
She obtained her Master of Public Health degree in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences, with a Certificate in Minority Health and Health Disparities from the University of Pittsburgh.
Her Dietetic Internship was completed through the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley.
Teresa has a diverse background in management, clinical nutrition, nutrition education, food service, and public health nutrition. She's taught nutrition from the pre-kindergarten to collegiate level. She has authored a children's book, "Silly Acts and the Attack against My Nutrient Grabber: Gabrael's Diagnosis with Celiac Disease."
She's a proud mother of two boys, and she understands firsthand what it means to live in a fast-paced world. She enjoys fishing, hiking, and making new adventures with her boys.
